Very worst company, no job security, very bad culture, No promotion. If you complete 1 year then corporate team start to pressurized and start to remove. Don't come salary on time. Everytime salary deduct of every employee. No convence on time.

The will give you more salary than other competitors but will force you to be their slave and I mean it when I say slave.

Management's vision, 3 month's notice period policy, high attrition, no formal training, and at last, if you are on leave for more than 5 days including weekly off your salary will be deducted for the next days and weekly off will also be considered as leave.

I faced Unethical management, working constantly under pressure, review meetings on Sunday. 80% people are from family and are they do not work and also don't let you work. Everyday seems like it could be your last day.
