Nothing to like. A lot of animosity brews up when you’re succeeding. Arrogant seniors adore bootlickers. The director is an arrogant individual who BLINDLY trusts the VP of HR department. You’ll get a lot of negativity, useless criticism, and no appreciation at Vinove.

Dislikes

The list is endless. No culture, no appreciation, no streamlined processes. Just office politics. Most managers and VPs exist because of bad practices. The work is repetitive, nothing new. Blindly copying what competitors do. No work strategy.

> I don't like this place at all. > i am amazed no point coming in my mind what i likes here.

> 200+ cameras to surveillance on 50-60 employee activity (30% are on notice period), including their desktop screenshots > They have >2% of retention rate this mean nobody wants to stay here > Dirty place. > Mobs stinks very bad. > Wrong commitments . > Not good place for female employees. > No concept of bench they kick employee once client is over.

If your manager is good, you will feel little relaxed!

Dislikes

One of the worst companies to work for. The toxicity at its peak, with horrible culture and management that shows zero care for employees. Micromanagement is taken to extreme level, make it difficult to work. The company has zero ethics - they cut costs of employees by finding excuses. They impose policies on employees but they don't follow anything from their side. Cameras are everywhere with voice recording to track employees. They don't care about quality work or task completion- all they care about ridiculous productivity reports that have been done using a tracking software and that should be strictly installed in your system. The entire system makes you feel like ancient slavery period, with no respect or values for employees. Stay away if you care about your mental health, self respect and human dignity !!...Read More
