Duty, Discipline and Dignity. If you joined this organisation. It would like be a government company. All benefits are there. Ex. PF, Gratuity and leave salary that means . If you not take leave. You take additional salary for that. So, many benefits to work that organisation. I really missed

I more sales Vikatan at IOCL & HPCL . NEARLY, 15 LAKHS COPIES. Vikatan M.D. is very very kind heart human being. I missed so much. If I get a chance to meet again, I will join and work under his guidance.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
