I am working as a teacher at the primary section of Vikaasa School. I feel really lucky to have this job as not only do they offer a competitive salary package but they also treat the faculty very nicely. They provide fixed day-offs and paid holidays also.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
