Not soo good... I wasted 3years trusting the company...they keep on hiring new candidate coz old one start leaving it soon after sometime... As they don't know how to retain ... They don't give damn to skills n experience...only degree considered for giving designation n or while offering a package... They give u words n make u to believe in them but don't fall for it.. believe me ..no matter how much u do for them n try how hard but they will never gonna consider or appreciate u... They only waste ur time n experience... There is no scope of future in VNC....Read More
