Employee ko kuch mile ya na mile bas company ko Paisa kamana h employee se extra kaam karwana h par unhe extra pay nahi karna ye mujhe is company ki sabse achi baat lagti h award milna chahiye inhe

Bad behaviour,no sympathy, cheap increment ,no annually party no best employee awards, no employee health insurance under 20k salary ,I dont know why this company is just earn by employees ,ha agar chamcha giri kaaro talve chato to 100 ya 200 rs jyada ho jata h increment otherwise waist of time

No work life balance. Doesn't let you take any leaves. Workers are always resigning and the company is continuously hiring. The managers doesn't care about the workers issues. All they do is bring changes that becomes headache to everyone working under them.
