No job security. The top management is pathetic and keep on doing frequent organisation changes. They don't value people's hardwork even though you yeild results, if you are their favourite then all is good if not they will play tactics to make you leave.

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.
