So much favouritism from the coordinator. She had some few favourites she would only favour them and would always say I am not in favour of anyone but does the total opposite thing of it. And for every single mistake you make she'll shout at you and threaten you that she'll take you to the principal (like are we in Kindergarten thatyou will threaten me and we will be scared?) No work ethic. People seems to be more interested in other's life than indulging with the children. Every now and then she'll call you even if you are taking the class which interrupts the class. And she was more interested in what the other person was wearing. And she'll keep commenting about it. Acts like she knows everything but she couldn't handle even simple tasks and if it goes out of her hands she'll scold the teachers it was bizzare. Even if you are sick you have to report to school after having medicine. Asking for leave was like going for a war. And assigning of works will happen at the last moment. The work load was too much and the pay was very less literally very very less. Very toxic environment....Read More

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.
