The HR of school,Ms. Manasi not at all considerable, the way and etiquette to behave with a staff junior to them or help them when he or she approaches, the way of her talking....being there didn't at all felt that...she should 1st learn to have those qualities and then hired...many a times incidents happened with me and as I know that an HR should be welcoming, approachable but here not at all so..today went to collect my FNF, when I had doubts regarding it..the same rude behaviour of her in her spoken terms and felt not again coming back here. Apart from it, teachers have a lot of work everyday to carry it home and being in corporate culture not even ready to grant leaves on days of having exams also...I had my MCom semester exams going on and in school we had a Graduation Day ceremony for Preprimary kids, I had informed and requested Vice principal Radha Rani to adjust the timings of my class so that once done with ceremony I'll go to attend the exams...she didn't allowed me and in return giving me lectures in her cabin of extending ownself for the institution where we daily inspite of having work timings till 12.50 pm yet daily we extend till 2.30 -3.00 in school...what more does she expect..?...Read More

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.
