Teachers are puppet of delivering lesson plan. If short of time merge multiple lesson plan and teach. Back to back work will follow If you are ok with this then it's good 😊

No promotion. No stable salary increment. Politics Appease your Hod's and coordinator Appease parents Always pamper childrens irrespective they are wrong or right. We can't give remark "incomplete"in note books instead write "kindly write". If parents request you to call after school too teachers are liable to call from home from their personal number . If students scores less in exam teachers are liable to take extra class on working Saturday personally to that student. To much of unwanted record works. Say for eg: every attendance you need to enter at 3 place , one in there app, then their website then in the attendance master. Notebook correction has to be done very minutely like exam correction which is very tedious. Once completes correction , random books are send to principal for re-checking and they fine the mistakes of children but teacher will score less as teacher didn't made the correction. Teachers who teaching there since 8years are not given promotion to higher grades even though they are willing to teach higher grades. Parents simply raise SR and teachers are answerable to it. It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .

Nothing... Team management not good... No overtime pay... Lots of pressure... Every day overtime work office time is 9:30 to 6:30 but they pressure to work till 10-11 pm... Actually they don't know how to do Ecommerce business
