Great management and good work environment & culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is great but last years am resign forcefully by management. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Good experience in this all around my job working time. This is fast growing company with thair own culture and also use modern technology in the working areas. Their are many benifits for workers. This is also MNC. Their backround and structure is very strong comparing other multilevel marketing company.

I like rules work but there are no rules for my job works and teamworkers because I phase challage and then I achieve my aim. And something new things learn about my job works this facts not following in my working company. There make rules for break rules through Management's I mean their are no indipency for excuse for employees.
