Technology you can adopt may be new or existing it depends on u.

Pathetic work life balance. No appreciation for the work you do. If anything goes wrong you will scolded and for good work manager will take all the credit. If you are good in buttering then it will be boon for you to join. Else it will be lyk hell. They give gud hike also if you have good repo with your manager and ready to say boss is always right. Initially Verse as had very good culture, good managers, leads.

Dislikes

same thing which was good (work culture/environment) has gone worse day by day. work balance is terrible. HRs have very bad policies, earlier manager were employee (subordinate friendly) centric, now they too are finger puppets of HR. reimbursement process is such that employee would think 10 times whether, bearing expense from his/her pocket is comfortable. you need to justify "work from home" even if you are in dev team. you may have 30 leaves you cannot avail them....Read More

there are no freebies, food is not free (partially subsidized but sub standard too) on occasion employees have reported insects in food. expected to work late nights without transportation facility, no comp off for working late night or on weekends.

There is no training, no job security, average carrier growth, salary is ok, appraisal also ok, politics is there, work environment is good, work life balance is ok.
