Salary offered was at par with the average market value. It's a permanent WFH, so can say work life balance is good. Appraisals are fair and justified.

No learning opportunities. Job security is at its worst. Not sure why the top management is unable to secure new projects.

There is no job security company's HR promised over the call that they would pay for notice period and nothing was mentioned in offer letter however when FNF statement was send HR started asking for supporting documents and they denied to pay for FNF amount.

There is no good growth for the freshers in this company, as well the salary part . I was working from 1 year 5 months but the salary discussion was done on February end but still now they have not provided the amount and after reliving also they are not providing the salary hike slip a t least it was worst working here about the salary part and I am very much disappointed about it....Read More

They give God salary for your work...u will get system and ups technically required equipment will be provided..

Too much micro management , they lay off the employee witout giving prior intimation. And there no scope for south Indian ..irrespective of your performance they always give importance to North Indian especially Mumbai employee centered company...
