Two rounds of workforce reduction in big chunks. Wrong hires at the leadership level, led to toxic work culture. Lack of leadership maturity, people at this level only care about cost optimization / not people friendly. Lack of team empowerment. The commanding and control style. And as a result the Manager influencing or imposing his thought process instead of reaping creative fresh brains at the ground level. The pay is straight forward, no hidden components, this is a huge place to learn

The company culture is mashed up with so many acquisitions, they do not have their own defined culture. The is no Job security and probation is brutal. No feedback in the first 5 months and they inform you that you did not pass probation after 5 months no feedback. The work is hectic, you will be on 24x7 calls, still get 20k-30K bonus.
