The company with which the products are sold-on completely for overseas requirements based on the customers design... also Which motivates the fresher to learn the basics of their job responsibilities for their future career .. Company makes us to learn so much.... We have learnt a lot from the company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
