Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. This company should come out of the variable pay system which is ongoing for more than 20 years... There is no fixed salary for RMS - pathetic ( peer companies are hesitating to pick Rms from Ventura due to this variable pay system)
