Staff is good except some. Otherwise i don't like anything here. Salary is not satisfactory according to your work. No matter for what work profile you are appointed, you have to do each and every kind of work, whether the work belongs to maid or to you yourself. Principal is not as good as an employee want. She always try to interrupt and interfere after assigning the work to you.

Everything i dislike Except some in staff.

Work Details

My work is very challenging and irritating because whatever the job profile i was appointed, i am doing all other work except that.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
