Even your yearly bonus will be calculated on your monthly CL, if you are not taking CL means it will be calculated as you bonus or if you take CL every month means 0 bonus for you... They are corporate money minded school. Removed teachers two days before lockdown anticipating pandemic. Working teachers situation is further pathetic. They are paying 40% to 50% salary even after 10 months of lockdown. Job security is zero.

Rude and dominating autocratic heads. Your works you get recognised. Only favouritism and recommendation works.

They drain all our energy with long working hours and jam packed works. Even many people carry their work to finish at home. Rarely you get holiday on Saturday.Sometime holidays are announced only at last moment where you will be already ready for work.

They will give an super outlook of the school but inside is completely horrible ,useless,and the job gives me an unsatisfied things like doing useless work.If a good physical education teacher no one will work in that school a seniors dominant is happening there and the senior most staffs or physical education teachers are realy an idiots and nothing usefull to the students and to the newly joining staffs.They are creating an false outlook comparing to what is happening inside the school.Only salary is ok about the school but completely useless work .The senior physical education teachers are completely uneducated and useless fellows,nothing they can achieve in sports ,and they didn't achieve anything till now except their salary....Read More

I had a very bad experience,was invited by the CEO and Tony to take up a senior position to restructure HR at the school.No support at all, no office or other support for over a month and no salary even after a month.Treated very shabbily by the CEO and other seniors and asked to leave before two months ( 2 Nd October to 20th November 2017) I had to send over 50 reminders to the CEO before I was paid a part of the amount due to me. The HR dept.needs a complete revamp as they default on all statutory payments such as PF, TDS etc.punishable by law.When I pointed this out, was told they know how to manage all those in authority.
