Apart from 1 star is there any rating Oki lowest is there means I could like to go for that... Wost management I ever worked. Money is the main moto for this management... Either get from students nor deduct from employees, never mind how employees feel for that but they want money... The real Money Hester.. You can't find happiness in any of the employee face, exept higher authorities.

Have you ever seen a management forcing to place what's app status strictly to promote their advertisement, you can experience hear.. they have recruited a separate person to servile this activity by attendance bases and meanwhile your salary will be deducted if you are not.. This management does not know the spelling for the facilities... Even your yearly bonus will be calculated on your monthly CL, if you are not taking CL means it will be calculated as you bonus or if you take CL every month means 0 bonus for you... I personally felt that if your ambition is to become a teacher then Velammal will be a great start.... Not only students they train teacher's also to shine in their career.

When you get relieved from your duties from school they don't pay your settlement properly.. since I have not received it and many of my colleagues too... We approached them but we were pushed from one table to another with finally no answer...

Teachers those who joined earlier, but less experienced are dominating the latest joined highly experienced as like me. Management is beleives them before the exam results coming. Sending the right and dedicated employeee as like me. After board exam results, they weren't analyse my highest results. Management must believe dedicated employees.

Done many international teaching certifications also like TEFL, TESOL (Canada board), TKT (Cambridge) and MCE, a Microsoft Certified Educator. But I was made to resign my job purposely. My rapporr with students and parents are excellent. I am in very good books of our Principal GNANASEKARAN Sir. He himself appreciated me as the best Science teacher he had ever seen.
