Work afficiense is good. Co worker are good friendly. Very good for freshers.

Dislikes

No paperwork for employment. Only salary( p.f.+ esic) no others benefits. Low salary. Management are rude.

Great learning opportunity, good mentors who focus on daily improvement. Continuous scope for overtime and technical growth.

Dislikes

Some past disgruntled employees have used the forum to try to reduce company thereby impacting our future scope. Based in Taratala but conveyance paid separately to compensate.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
