Its a good company to gain work experience. At senior position like any other company one has to be tactful . On the whole a company worth working like my other previous companies. Nothing more nothing less. As one has to work as per organizations policies and goals.

Dislikes

Excellent team work. Actually I have always worked with team par excellence whatever the organization is. As its our job to keep team motivated,to train people and to keep ourselves abreast with latest updates to be part of the team in total.

Work Details

Work culture is good. And its always exciting to take challenges.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
