Alternative Saturday off and half day on other Saturdays for HO staff is the most I liked in VBHC.

Dislikes

There's nothing specific which I don't like in VBHC. However, as a developer, The site office especially for senior staff can be more organised and presentable.

There is an absolute balance between family and work life in VBHC. Working environment is good and talents are well recognized and groomed. Though there is no big break through in the last few years, management was very supportive & concerned for staff.

As a ex employee never felt insecure for job. and they never missed paying salaries on time doesn’t matter if they have recession or problems with management.equality and respect for employees by the Chairman Jerry sir is remarkable.as I was working with design team never compromised on quality.
