The old employees of the company think that they own the company and does not let a new employee to perform. And when they find out that the new employee is better in his or her work than them they play all kind of politics and get the employee kicked out of the company. MD is really good but the people in his sales team always try pull him down by giving poor ideas.

Dislikes

There is a Nexus of sales team. They do the things according to their need. And did not let the truth prevail. And hide the things from top mgt of the company. This is the reason which lead to the down fall of the company today.
