As talking about working with varrocgroup I feel secured with job. Management is supportive, company policies in favour of the employees.

Dislikes

The salery is average & Also the career growth is slow. Politics is on higher level but management not looking after the matter.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Generally my work is quietly challengingas I have to look after entire production activities & quantity issue.so my company can fill the customers requirements.looking after all activities start from material received to product dispatch.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
