MD mr Anil Tayal is very polite and good person. He always appreciate your work and never be cruel and disappoints you. Always freedom to take decisions and implements

Dislikes

Few old workers always try to hurt you down and always try to catch mistake. Except that everything is ok and fine

Work Details

Best part is to work life balance. Execute many projects individually under the guidance of seniors.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
