Team managers are friendly with there colleague, job security is not good, we can able to learn more thing in all fields, Appraisal of salary is based on performance what we give our best, good working environment.

Dislikes

Management gives high priority to experienced employees, poor in taking discuss and judgement, selfish managers, poor HR department

This place is absolutely worst , There is no work life balance and job security all they care about is the money from client as and soon as they receive it they don't care if the process is operating smoothly or not

Dislikes

Everything is down especially the Management Vinay and Sarfraj , They don't care about the employee after working there for for an year and half they layoff employees with a single day of notice without any compensation, All they want is theirs comission from the client and don't care about the hard working employees, No salary hike, No benifits, No even a Cup of coffee is available.

If Client manager is putting pressure & torture you, there is no any support from project manager, he will never understand our situation,there is support from management also, worst management ever.

I don't like anything at all.. No convenience, No Cabs for night shifts, Won't provide Emergency leaves or planned leaves it's just a waste of time to work here instead we can join any start-up companies at least they'll give good salary and benifits for their employees.

Dislikes

Management rules and policies about leaves and no support from management at all. It's worse than any other companies as far as I know.
