Dislikes

Rude and ill-mannered managers run rampant in this company. I'd even dare say that majority of the leadership is composed of the most vile and toxic people in the industry. The horrible attitude of the managers here do not bring anything positive to the workplace. Beware of the leadership! And think twice before deciding to work here.

Training was the most fun time I had in this company but that kind of fun never happened again.

Dislikes

Team members were always in despair to the overwhelming stress and exhaustion, and the short breaks don't even give us time to breathe and recharge a bit. Our manager makes it awful when he had to cut our breaks shorter for a meeting, it's terribly frustrating!

Some of the clients were interesting

The work hours were extended. You had no choice but to take work home too. It meant a poor work-life balance and much stress that could not be avoided. The clients were often rude and disrespectful, and their expectations were insane. Tolerating all this without career or pay growth was terrible. I quit when I saw no hope.

Dislikes

The top management and the senior employees' attitudes! I had the most terrible experience here. The management expected me to do everything they wanted without offering proper guidance. It was awful. Most of the senior employees were fake too. They lied blatantly about helping me but never did actually. It was ridiculous.
