When ever i am doing any work very care full and Accuracy Based - like Record maintenance, employees and students data maintenance. I enjoyed the work including my previous organisation also.

Dislikes

No-bay cannot respect others Ideas feelings and others work also (Especially New employees works) Old employees dominated to new employees - like we are the seniors, why should we follow your Ideas. Actually they dont know the working Knowledge of particular area and transaction then they are doing rong then they are dominated and using foul language. (But college management ideas are good)
