Job security, because no one with experience is going to work here. So your job is secure till you resigned yourself.

Dislikes

The company is actually good. But the persons in the management for this particular Angul site are worst. They put personal benefits over the organisation. They'll put various kinds of pressure on you to work like a manager but in the post and with the salary of a helper. Increment is below average here.

Work Details

Work life is very poor you've to reach the plant before 9 AM but work will start after 10 AM. Then at the time of return, bus will pick you up by 6:40 pm. You're going to reach home after 7;30 everyday. And you've to wait more if there's any l

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
