They don't use bad language with employees. and initially, they look like very good human beings. they show the care and empathy in start.

Dislikes

In typical Gujju culture, they do not want to spend money, but they want the same result as other corporates. Finally, they don't maintain integrity and can block your salary and expenses. may ask you to stay at some friend's house with family and will hesitate to arrange an apartment for you if you were sent to deputation. they will keep you waiting for the money of salary and expenses till you cry for it and financially not much sound hence this could be their genuine problem also we never know. they want the work should be done in their own way without having knowledge of the market but with your expertise hence you will not be able to produce the result as you are responsible for the result if you do it by implementing your own ideas. so This feedback is not to just blame but to guide someone who will join this company that in start only he can make these points clear. then he can have great future or immediate clarity....Read More
