Manpower is very laborious Field Salesforce is smart and very adaptive to changing requirement. Brand image has been developed over the years. Product quality is good

Autocratic/Authoritarian approach of Senior Management. No fixed cycle of Appraisals and promotions Poor TA/DA (remuneration/reimbursement policy ) Absolutely no spend on Promotion and publicity. Absence of HRM/HRD or Administrative department.
