While working at Uttkarsh classes has many positive. One challenge can managing the divorce of student in a large classes. It’s something make it difficult to provide individual attendance to everyone. Accidentally, balancing and responsibilities with teaching can be overwhelming at time. However, these challenges can also lead to opportunities for growth and improvement in teaching strategies.

There is nothing worth liking here, there is only favoritism here and only people of the same caste are given priority.. and those who do sycophancy are given priority and only they are promoted.

Dislikes

The seniors only listen to those who are their favorite employees and do not see what the actual problem is.. and those who work are thrown out and those who take leaves and do not work, their salary hike continues in the office. There no official work culture, even didn't respect female collogues
