After working for almost 4 years with Urban Ladder. I feel that i was never satisfied with the overall working experience. Top management takes decisions without thinking anything about employees. I find No job security here.. Recently company closed one department directly without informing any employees. And 20 employees were jobless.. Also company doesn't give a good appraisal in annual hike process. Working hard for company never recognised by supervisors in tearms of salary hike..
