Worst unethical Management team, worst part is post covid UPS hired all Kaam chores from Geodis team (Top Management), they came here with their sadakchaap mindset and corrupted the best UPS culture which they had earlier. They like to roam city to city on Company’s cost with no value addition on their visit. Even they frustrate sales team from their visit and not allow them to do their regular work. They Like to eat everybody's time on Zoom meeting with unnecessary discussions everyday. Don't even dare to ask business support from them, as they don't know anything, they may get angry and harass you. So be careful if you are joining or planning to join here....Read More

Promotion system is not at all good. Favouritism happens. Although the policy says no retaliation, but management does retaliate by not giving enough opportunity. There is also no growth in learning and skill development.
