Nothing Much.... Actually work culture was good pre covid.

Worst unethical Management team, worst part is post covid UPS hired all Kaam chores from Geodis team (Top Management), they came here with their sadakchaap mindset and corrupted the best UPS culture which they had earlier. They like to roam city to city on Company’s cost with no value addition on their visit. Even they frustrate sales team from their visit and not allow them to do their regular work. They Like to eat everybody's time on Zoom meeting with unnecessary discussions everyday. Don't even dare to ask business support from them, as they don't know anything, they may get angry and harass you. So be careful if you are joining or planning to join here....Read More

If you got opportunity at UPS join with them imtly . Dont worry about job security. Career growth & Compensation all are very good. As my experience UPS SCS India Pvt Ltd (Freight Fowarding division) are one of the good company. Good working environment and colleagues are treated you as their family member. Everything is Fine at UPS.
