I lost my job during lock down. The company UDS wanted resign my job forcefully during lock down.I am waiting to get my job but the company did not respond me.

There is a lot of difficulties faced by the employees.The Manager did come to office but he always tried to send colleagues to office during pandemic.I also sufferd with this policy in my office.

The job is so far so good. Thorought the my job period I did not get a chance to do the work in my own field or department. But I had to complete the other work which is not related to me.

Very bad culture. Always gives pressure to junior employees. Many old people are working in very comfortable zone .and because of them very difficult to survive in gurgaon branch. Such a bad culture and people. Think before once before joining UDS.

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
