I am working in Upadpro as a software tester. I found good exposure in Updapro in manual and automation testing. Friday learning sessions and daily huddle meetings are the perfect examples of better communication between the team and management here.

Company's founder is very motivational and always keeps motivate all employees. Most of my colleagues were always helping and supporting.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. I have spent approx 3+ years in Upadpro at the Ahmedabad location as a software developer. The company is fully cooperating during the corona time, in terms of work and culture. Where most of the companies were deducting salaries of the employees Upadpro gave an annual bonus instead of deducting the salary.
