It's just been a handful of months I've joined in. However, the work is simply fun to do, as there's more freedom from the management that appreciates your creative ideas! It helps deliver better output, where you get support in many ways for your role! The flexibilty and support from HR, Management is unparalleled!

Dislikes

You must stay sharp and unshakably firm when negotiating your CTC / Salary / Package! Those in charge must learn to identify people deserving remuneration worthy of their talent, skills, knowledge, wisdom, experience, and what they're bringing to the company! That's a total miss!
