This was very good company a few years back but still it is good for new comers or Freshers. Still they focus on quality of the product and one can learn a lot in this company.

Dislikes

There is frequent change in top management like CEO and when CEO changes he forms new team eliminating the old team.The person who devoted to the company whole heartedly, also gets out with false blame charged by the new CEO. so the moral of the whole team including lower level supervisor gets down. There is no proper appraisal system for annual increment.

Truly speaking, I had always challenging job in Uniworth. I worked in production,in marketing,in product development, in raw material sourcing and in trading deputy also. So I enjoyed the my whole tenure in Uniworth.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but there is least attention on training and almost no investment on reinnovation. Replacement of old machines and purchase of new technology is necessary to compete in this throatcutting competitive market. Besides this there is no job security and the management wants to replace it's manpower frequently without any issue. Training and development part is completely missing here and in senior position, now a days dirty politics and leg pulling has started due to which honest and hard working people are feeling suffocation. Management does not value an individual's strength.Board members have enough power and only their advice is honoured even when they are wrong....Read More

i worked there first in production deptt. and brought improvement in peoductivity and in yield%.looking to my ability to handle our customer,they transferred me into marketing. Again incresed sales and profit resulting extra charge of product development.
