Policies are good for employees, and they have 5 days working, which brings work-life balance.

Dislikes

Some people do not value the work of the team, favouritism is seen on some occasions. Overall, opportunities are for all, but misuse of power is a problem.

Situated at a very scenic location. Students are descent and friendly. A very few of the coworkers are really adorable & helpful.

Dislikes

Majority of the old + senior staff believes in securing their own job at the cost of other's. They work in their own comfort zone & simultaneously, ignore, humiliate, disrespect, and sometimes abuses new comers.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
