Company bond to not join competitors or to pay 5 cr. if join the competitors. 3 Months Notice Period and Case filed against employees if they resigned and leave after 1 month. United Drilling Tools Limited company have some criminal minded person who threatening employees after resignation. They also send those criminal minded person to employees home for threatening.
