The work culture is highly discouraging and toxic. I personally faced unprofessional behavior from Nilesh Hada, who used discouraging language and exhibited egotistic traits, making it a difficult environment to work in. There's a lot of bad politics within the company, which creates unnecessary stress and hinders team collaboration. There is little to no opportunity for professional growth or career advancement here.
