Initial few months can be interesting because you’re new to the system but gradually you’ll realise that culture is not very good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You’re underpaid and you’re expected to work beyond working hours and even on weekends (mostly).

Just the tag of a multinational.

This has been my worst experience ever. In the name of a multinational , it is equivalent to a laala firm. The work culture is pathetic. There is no work life balance. The managers are rude and arrogant. They make you work 12 hours a day and then expect you to work on weekends too. People call you late night , without bothering to check mails or reports shared by you. They want you to give a verbal download of each and everything late night around 10/10:30pm. The main issue you get to know only once you are onboard. The attrition in the HR department is the highest amongst all. I suggest those who have self respect and care to live a life along with the job, not to join this organisation, at least in the HR department....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
