Here we have been mentoring first year students and keeping records of students from second year onwards also. Further, it helps students and faculty also get familiar with the kind of difficulties students were facing.

Dislikes

Being a female sometimes we had duty to stand by gate side to check whether students are bunking classes or not. So that was a little bit difficult sometimes to manage together with the classes. Because main gate and classes are far away. Being a professor you have to be on time at both places.
