-They have great market lead in beer sector, at the same time it's pressure on production engineer's to excute and deliver production.tools like TPM is great opportunity to learn.

-hard to get support from HR, not get any support during hard times like UNION issues. -some policies are good show case in paper, but we hard to find in reality. -Even you r great performer , very difficult to get promotion.

365 Days working. My manager is worst , He is always right . Dumbest person luckily he is surviving in this company * No clarity on work * too Many tasks at a time * No focus * Things didn’t happen in 10 years they want it in 10 Days * No decisions making power always we have ask for approval

No job security they will remove in the name or organisation re structure with in 2 to 3 months after joining whenever appraisal btime comes they use to remove 30 percent or employees and transfer other 20 percent employees suddenly

Doesn't feel like we are working in MNC 1. Baised performance ratings. Getting job promotion is quite difficult. 2. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown and wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost. Poor remuneration. Office politics. Dinosaurs in the company who have been around for 15-20 years and are unwilling to change. Slow to change. Terrified of trying new things.
