I Would Like working hours , bcoz only 8 hours, If any immediate problem came then we will change shift at a time, working time friends also speak with freely

This Company Lot of Departments Dislike Personally. Bcoz don't have safety, didn't cleaning process properly, Don't have company cab, it means if climate is not good that time also you will come to company, Don't have growth in this company, salary Appraisal You don't mind in this company, Just like Temporary job...

Not Boring but They didn't support your Achievement, If you give 10% hard-work equal to 100% hard-work, so that two also same...Then why i give 100% work, But personally my mindset will be based on work satisfaction that's why doing the job...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
