Nice opportunity for beginners. People who wish to settle in dehradun since accommodation is provided being a residential school. Being updated about the recent amendments becomes tough as the work gets monotonous. Basically, the work profile of Finance Officer includes Budgeting and Statutory Compliances.

Dislikes

Monopoly in management, strict office timings, immediate changes in decisions by the management.

Work Details

Basically accounting work in a school fee receipt and payroll. Work life is sometimes with pressure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
