Nothing to like about this organisation. No job security, no proper assistance.

At the time of joining didn’t told about the current project is going to be a short term project. After complication of project kept on a bench for a month and told to look out for job. There were other projects running but didn’t consider 8 members from my team and unfortunately have to left the organisation. Didn’t developed any skills nor a place for job security.

About the appraisal part, I have worked for 1 year & got more than 50% hike at a very good package. They always acknowledge their resources.
