There is no scope to develop your skills, and no job security, it's completely based on politics, with out any reason they will fire you. Totally toxic work environment 👎👎👎

Worst company I have ever worked with, so much Favouritism and lead is very bad.

Team lead wasn't good, work culture is really bad and no proper management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
