This company is best for all juniors who wants to learn new technologies. The company has been significantly grow in last 3 years, so job is secure here. In case of compensation, they give really good hikes.Environment is very friendly. Management is also very friendly and they can discuss with you any kind of problems, they will standby.

Dislikes

Sometime job pressure is high.

Everyday we face new challenges to work around. If you are in IT, you should always accept challenges in your life to move ahead.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
